We do not offer returns or exchanges , as our products are entirely Print on Demand (PoD). Size exchanges will not be permitted as we do not maintain a stock.
Refund Policy
In case of a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at info@thehighaliens.com and we shall send you the required instructions for a return.
If paid by debit/credit card, refunds will be issued to the original card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateways like UPI, E-wallet the refund amount will be credited to the same account.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations please contact us via contact us page within 4 hours from the time of order placement. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
